A Year of Growth, Learning and Achievement

A Year of Growth, Learning and Achievement - The Start of Term
OICB Families Welcomed to Campus as a New Academic Year Begins
Over the weekend, we warmly welcomed families to campus as preparations for the new academic year were in full swing. The event created a joyful atmosphere, as returning students reunited with friends after the summer break, while new students experienced their first taste of our vibrant community.
The afternoon was filled with heart-warming moments, demonstrating the sense of belonging and support that defines our college experience. One of the afternoons highlights was an afternoon tea, set against the backdrop of a sunny campus. Families were invited to relax and enjoy refreshments while engaging with members of our team. This setting provided the perfect opportunity for parents and guardians to meet faculty and staff, fostering a real sense of community and creating an inclusive environment.

For many families, the afternoon was also a chance to learn more about the unique and enriching educational journey their students are set to embark on. Staff were on hand to answer questions and share insights about the academic and extracurricular opportunities available.

Tess, our Principal, warmly welcomed our new families and shared a few words, offering an introduction to OIC Brighton and setting a positive tone for the year ahead.

The arrivals afternoon set a welcoming tone for the academic year ahead, reinforcing the supportive environment we strive to create for both students and their families. As students, new and returning, settle into their studies, the strong sense of community will undoubtedly be a cornerstone of their success throughout the year. With friendships rekindled and new connections made, the students are set up for a year of growth, learning, and achievement.
